The Balance-Power-Flow Challenge is a curriculum of neuro-kinesthetic training that can be utilized by anyone thanks to progressive exercises which start with simple yoga like poses and quickly progress to optional levels of difficulty. In the advanced stages these exercises are strung together in the seamless flow of tai chi forms. This seven week online program will stimulate and increase the functional capacity of the body and mind, improving performance in all physical activities such as golf, dancing, gymnastics, football and basketball to name a few. The “Challenge”, in this case, is to commit to a 49 day program of movement, breath, and awareness. If you can find the discipline to do the exercises everyday for the entire program you will win a 50% rebate on your fee. This elite lifestyle fitness program is delivered in the form of blog posts, one for everyday of the week, and includes a text lesson, a 40 min BJ session, and a guided audio meditation. There are two workout sessions per week, 14 total, which are alternated every day, except Sunday, so each workout will be done only three times during the course of the program. This rotation insures maximum mental engagement, muscle confusion to fight plateaus, and enough repetition to instill the precision of muscle memory.
